General Information

When hiring the hall it will be your responsibility to ensure that the hall is fit and ready for the next user once you have finished. This means that any tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery and glasses used should be cleaned and put away. All floors are cleaned (equipment to do this is provided). Any rubbish that has been placed into bins within the hall from your event should be emptied into the trade waste bin at the front of the premises. Please factor this into your timings.

 

A separate deposit is required to secure the hall. This deposit also acts a guarantee that the hall will be left clean, tidy and ready for the next user. This is in addition to you booking payment and will e refunded ONCE the you have used the hall and it has been checked and left suitable for the next user. If the hall isn’t left appropriately then the deposit will be used to pay a cleaning service to make the hall right.
